KT Car Wash App V1.
Mobile App analysis, content structure, visual hierarchy, UX recommendations, and final presentation design.
Figma, mobile UI design, booking flow presentation
Car-wash and rental services can become fragmented when appointment booking, service details, and availability are handled separately. The challenge was to present a mobile app concept that makes vehicle-care tasks feel direct and easy to complete.
The objective was to design a mobile experience that lets users schedule a car wash, understand service options, and access rental-related features through a clean app interface.
Drivers, commuters, KwikTrip customers, car-wash users, and people who want simple booking and vehicle-care services in one app.
The concept needed to make appointment booking feel fast, keep service information easy to understand, and combine car-wash and rental options without overloading the interface.
I reframed the presentation around the user need: service convenience. The layout now explains the strategy before showing the visual screens.
The new case study makes the booking flow, structure, and design decisions easier for recruiters to evaluate.
I defined the accessibility problem around communication support, resource discovery, and faster connection to nearby care providers.
I focused the experience around clear support tasks: communication resources, guidance, profile flow, and doctor or care-provider connection.
I organized the product around simple paths so users can understand where to go without scanning dense or stressful interfaces.
Designed polished mobile UI screens with clear actions and service-focused hierarchy.
For this project, the presentation needs to show how users move from first impression to meaningful action. Each design decision supports clarity, trust, and stronger evaluation.

Reason: Mobile App UI-focused products benefit from clear hierarchy, predictable layouts, and reduced visual noise.
Impact: The product direction feels more useful and complete.
Reason: Users need to compare options without confusion.
